Noval Property, pursuant to Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s decision no. 8/259/19-12-2002, as amended and currently in force, publishes the Company’s Investment Schedule dated 30.06.2022 which has been posted in the Company’s website www.noval-property.com.
As of 30th June 2022, the fair value of Noval Property’s portfolio comprising 61 investment properties and participations amounted to EUR 455.5 million depicting an increase of EUR 42.2 million (10.2% increase) compared to the fair value as of 31st December 2021 (44 investment properties and participations).
It is noted that, during the first half of 2022, Noval Property proceeded to a share capital increase of EUR 21.35 million, through in-kind contribution of properties and shares of companies owning real estate assets, pursuant to Laws 4548/2018 and 2778/1999.
