The property, with a total built-up area of 9,830 sqm, which was fully leased before the beginning of construction, was designed and developed with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint, minimizing energy consumption, and providing a healthy and productive workplace.
It is worth noting that, already, 25% of Noval Property’s portfolio consists of LEED or BREEAM certified buildings.
