Noval Property announces that, following a bidding process, it acquired an office building located on 199, Kifisias Ave in Marousi, formerly owned by HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.
This asset, of total built area of 6,636 sq.m., will be redeveloped into a modern, green, and smart office building, integrating the principles of bioclimatic design, and aiming to obtain LEED environmental certification. The redesign of this building is part of Noval Property’s goal to redevelop old building stock and transform it into modern, green, and bioclimatic properties, confirming the company’s commitment to invest in projects that contribute to sustainable development.
The transaction amounted to EURO 10.96 million and it has been financed through funds from Noval Property’s Green Bond.
