Retail park that includes the River West shopping mall located 96-100 Kifisou Avenue and Proodou St., of a total area of 21.630 m² and River West Open located in 3-5 Proodou St., Egaleo of a total area of 21.755 m².The operation of the River West shops started in 2011 and it has turned into a destination for a large section of the residents of Athens’ west suburbs. It has 2,500 parking spaces, shared with ΙΚΕΑ and River West Open.The operation of the River West Open shops started in 2021, with the objective of leasing them to prime retailers (megastores). It includes large retail stores, extensive outdoors green and leisure areas, of a total area of 20,000 m² as well as catering establishments.The RIVER WEST retail park won the highest distinction (GOLD award) in the category “facilities” for the safety level and the overall management of the safety of its facilities and the BRONZE award in the category «Emergency Response” for its outstanding response to a potential incident.River West Open won the highest distinction (GOLD award) in the category “Commercial Development/Retail New Development” in the Property Awards 2021.
