Noval Property announces the sale of two (2) horizontal properties with a total area of 171.32 sq.m. located at 177 Michalakopoulou Street in Athens.
This sale forms part of Noval Property’s strategy to divest from selected assets and aligns with the optimization of its real estate investment portfolio in line with market trends.
The transaction amounted to EURO 110,500.
